Little Legends Music creates personalized music and content using a blend of human creativity, parent-submitted information, and AI-assisted tools. Services include:

Personalized player songs
Team anthems and walk-up tracks
Lyric video teasers
Music streaming distribution
Subscription packages for recurring content

🧾 2. Subscription Services

By enrolling in a subscription (e.g., All-Star Club, Hall of Fame, or Hype Zone), you agree to recurring charges based on the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account portal or by contacting support.

Subscription members receive:

Personalized content on a recurring basis
Streaming and video benefits
Exclusive discounts and early access

Failure to submit necessary information (e.g., child's name, preferences, birthday) may delay your content delivery, but does not suspend billing.

🎙️ 3. Ownership & Licensing

All music and visual content produced by Little Legends Music remains the intellectual property of Little Legends Music. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use the content for personal enjoyment and team sharing.

You may not:

Reproduce, sell, or relicense the content
Submit the content to distribution services or streaming platforms outside of our process
Claim authorship of content generated through our service

🤖 4. AI Use Disclosure

We use AI-powered platforms as creative tools in our content development process. All content is human-guided, reviewed, and tailored using customer input. Final content is not generated solely by AI and represents a unique blend of input and creative production.

💸 5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. You may request one revision per track. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Subscription fees are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
